Before you submit your public records request please review the following:

If your request is for Community Development, Building, Environmental Services or Fire and it is a request for readily accessible information that the department has on hand, you need to reach out to the department directly. Building permit history, building permit copies, site plans, floor plans, blueprints, environmental site assessments, CUPA, USTs, ASTs, Hazardous Materials records, code enforcement records, fire and building code violations are all considered requests for general information that the department has on hand. Please contact the department directly with your questions and they will get the information to you in a timely manner.
